My experience with Dr. Groves-Egan was entirely positive. I am very satisfied.
I like Dr. Groves-Egan. My daughter went to her till she passed away. I saw Dr Woosic till he passed. I trust your office people. Everyone is so helpful and thoughtful. Dr Groves-Egan found a cyst in the corner of my right eye and took care of it on the spot. No waiting till the next appointment.
We got in quickly after making the appointment, however, we waited in a room for 1 1/2 hours. That's unacceptable. My husband was in pain so we decided to leave without being seen. I was pushing my husband in a wheelchair out the door and the receptionist said it's usually between 1-2 hours wait. That's so unfair to the patients. She did say something to the doctor which saw him immediately.
My experience at Ascension Medical Group was outstanding. Doctors were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Nurses were very caring and made sure my experience was outstanding!
