Dr Caine and staff are great!
The care team were amazing. They took very good care of me on 5 west. They could not fix what was wrong but they got me back home alive.
Could not have asked for better care doctor, nurses, everyone the nurse i had (Dalisha Washington) was simply awesome, attentive, caring.
The Doctor is fantastic. He listens and gives us time to let him know what’s going on so that he can properly help us! The office staff needs a little help. Some do not seem knowledgeable as to how insurance and customer service work. The phone systems need a lot of work. I had a very specific situation and was given the run around. What could have taken 30 minutes took all morning because I had to chase the referral all over between the insurance company and the PCP and this office.
