The medical care was awesome. Got in quickly and got very detailed explanation of upcoming surgery. However navigating the facility was a nightmare. If not for the employee who helped me find my car it would have been even worse. Thank you to that gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name
A very swanky hospital! I had my own room and the food was better than the average hospital. The care was very good too. Great bedside manners from all the staff and providers. I even got to take home a robe they give you when you stay there. It feels like a plush blanket.
I was in about three weeks ago for contrast and it was fabulous. Last Monday The young man who did my injection was superb And friendly. The woman this past round for my. Ct couldn’t find the vein for a while. This was after I had waited for an hour. The person that finally took me back was quite unfriendly. You can get by with about anything if you are friendly to the patients. He was not. Being chatty and friendly covers a multitude of sins. They were not that busy either.
