The team at Ascension Seaton, specifically Dr McRoberts, are bold to refer to themselves as healthCARE professionals. I came to Dr McRoberts seeking diagnosis and treatment for what I suspected to be undiagnosed ADHD and Autism. At my first visit, McRoberts was dismissive of the autism, suggesting a diagnosis would be too expensive and, in his words, “not worth it.” He then in the same visit proceeded to discourage me from seeking therapy, saying “it’s not really worth going to just talk.” Lastly, he provided me with medicat... read more

I had a visit 9/28/25 with Dr Danny Hoang Resident Physician and Dr Jessica Thompson Supervising Physician they laughed about my past traumas and said I shouldn’t be on my medication that I have been stable on for my mental health and then treated me like if I was drug seeking and filed a complaint and they didn’t do anything about it THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO THE HEALTHCARE FIELD AND SHOULD HAVE THERE MEDICAL LICENSES REVOKED AND BE INVESTIGATED AND THEY SHOULDNT BE WORKING THERE PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE BUT HERE BEWARE!!!

was in the out patient "DBT" program This whole mental health care system is not designed to treat you, it's designed to keep you reliant on mental health care, as for this program specifically, the social worker assigned to me was unprofessional and disrespectful, treated us like we're stupid, when we had a sub, they were a bit more professional, except for the woman who dressed up in native American fatigues, walked into the room and then gave us a scolding lecture on how "we all go through things in life" before "teaching... read more
