Dr. Rosen and her office staff have horrible communication and patient care practices. In the 5 years I was a patient at Seton Mind institute and now, attempting to retrieve my records and having a doctor inquire about my existing medical status and inappropriately recommend treatment options to me without follow through, this is a place where people will only get more sick and waste their time.
This is the best place for me. They listen to what I said. Dr Pittman is a great Dr. & Dr Robert was so caring. He really asked me a lot of?s , also made me think about things I never thought about.
Keep in mind that the most of our medical industry (including these student-professionals) suffer from perverse incentives. Thus the system is not oriented toward resolving your problems and the psychiatrists or students you will encounter do not have the clout to act in a responsible inquiring manner nor can they really allocate any significant time to your issue.
