I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Upon arrival, I waited for almost an hour without any updates regarding my appointment. I had my first consultation with Dr Garcia today and I was extremely pleased. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very helpful. Dr Garcia was understanding, helpful and very kind. He answered all my questions about my health and scheduled follow up care to help resolve my heath problems. I would recommend this group to anybody experiencing gastro problems. A+ to this group!
I’m impressed with the team. Front desk are very welcoming. I’ve a big family and almost monthly we’re visiting a hospital or a clinic. This particular team, front desk, the nurse and the doctor are from a higher level of respect. It took me 3 months to get the appointment. However, after seeing Dr. Hasan, I feel that all my problems has been cured from the first visit. He was clear nd easy to understand.

Kimberly Dymond is very rude and unprofessional... No services provided by her and was told to leave facility just for asking questions...I guess she felt insulted. co-pay was not refunded.
