I will never go to another Ascension or St. Thomas branded medical facility. I had care here that should have been covered 100% by my insurance for an annual physical. Because of the doctor and lab's error I now have false diagnosis under my name that I may never be able to get rid of and bills for lab work that I shouldn't have. When I call to get these corrected they do not answer the phone, they do not return my calls, and was forced to show up at their office in person to get any action. Ascension took over, staff turned over, and the practice became intolerable. No one answers phones, automated phone system is like navigating a maze that takes 5-7 minutes with repeat messages.
