No waiting. Good listeners. Take time to explain my situation in detail. Two days later, I’m still awaiting a call back re: prescription drugs.
Making a appointment with this office is the worse ever! They may cancel on you but you don't get notified of it, the third time this happen they said they emailed me, I even check my spam yet no email, last time I showed up with a printed copy of the appointment yet the front desk said they canceled. I showed up for the second time and was told I had no appointment. At this time I am looking for another doctor.
During the last few days, I have recd calls from the cardiology dept saying they need to cancel my appointment for July due to unforseen circumstances ( what they mean is that they managed to chase dr mayes away)and they needed to talk to me about rescheduling. I have called 3 times, held for over 20 minutes, no one ever picked up. Tried thru main hospital number still no luck. Now, I am getting in my car and driving to the office to find out when and who I will see. I have been Dr Mayes patient since 2015. He was an excelle... read more
