Where can I even start. I made an appointment with Dr. Harvey because I had read great reviews about her work and relationship with patients. I was excited about my appointment for this very reason. After imaging was complete I was told I would be seen immediately after by Dr.Harvey to go over my images. The staff and office environment were kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, during our visit with Dr. Sidra Khan, my mom felt dismissed and not fully heard. She tried to express her concerns, but the communication came across as abrupt and lacking empathy. She left the appointment very upset and cried.
