ZERO stars!!!! I have been trying to get in contact with someone from Dr. Douglas Hames office, along with another medical provider, to request information for my mother and to schedule an appointment for a couple of weeks now. To this date no one has answered the phone. I would absolutely NOT recommend this office. This has been THE MOST frustrating situation EVER. Dr. Hames has been my family’s physician for 3 generations of my family. He’s very caring and takes his time going over all of your concerns. My issue here lays in his support staff. Calls go unanswered. They have messed up appointment times. Issues with them trying to bill the incorrect insurance. It can be quite a hassle. Every one in my family and my partner have all experienced these issues with his staff. So when a medication the doctor ordered was denied by my insurance, despite my medical needs dictating it should be ... read more
