I sure do share everyone's sentiments. Without notice, and just a day after making our health care pick for the year, we received a notice from Ascension that they were leaving New Berlin with no close by options. How convenient for them to hold that information. Their billing/accounting/customer service departments are a disaster too. Sat on hold indefinitely to be offered a return call if I left my number. I have been a patient from the beginning of the opening (even prior with a primary who moved on the Ascension) and have become frustrated and very disappointed with the way the New Berlin location abruptly closed, with minimal notice. When I called to schedule a visit, I was given the phone number of the Racine location....and the receptionist never heard of the doctors my wife and I needed to see.
I THNK THEY SHOULD POST THAT THIS OFFICE IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!! IM SURE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY LONG TERM PATIENT THAT IS NOW SCRAMBLING FOR ANOTHER LOCATION!!! THEY ALSO COULD HAVE GIVEN US MORE NOTICE AND MORE OPTIONS! ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE THAT DON'T DRIVE! I COULD GO ON....
It truly saddens me to do this as I’ve been coming to this establishment ever since I was young but my experience this year with them has been nothing but horrible. I came here in the beginning of the year (January) for a problem I was having. Dr. Campbell insured it wasn’t anything serious and recommended some over the counter medicine. Went to the clinic with pain, they did the run around and found nothing, let me sit for 2 months in pain then asked why i didnt call them (i did) Tammy their coodinator will take MONTHS to send referals, Dr. CAMPBELL will send over too high of a dose of your meds, they dont return phone calls and then will have an attitude and blame it on you....i went here for care and ended up being strung along for a huge bill and im in worse health condition than what i went there for.
