I sent a My Chart message containing random blood pressure readings on a Monday. We were trying a new medication and it didn't seem to be effective so I wanted to know if I should continue or change it. This was on a Monday. By Thursday I hadn't heard anything so called and was on hold for 30 minutes. Finally explained the situation and they said they would look into it. Did not hear back by 4:30 on Friday so went to the pharmacy to have the drug refilled (although on the bottle it said no refills). They did refill it.... read more
