Stay away. Waited in the emergency room with very low BP feeling like I was having a heart attack for over a half hour & had to page family to get someone there & then the nurse lied and said she had seen me. Was to be released 2nd day and the heart doctor wanted to keep me another day - bent over me and said "trust me this isn't about money. Of course it was about money or he wouldn't have made that statement. Still getting bills 2 years later with no explanation of what the charges are.

yes it was i also was trying to find out about how to get in contact with the persons that are affiliated with the masonic fraternity.i'm a resident in toledo.ohio also an OES member

This hospital is wonderful. Always caring and efficient. They are wonderful with kids to and always fairly quick for an emergency. All my doctors from there have been wonderful as well.

This is an ok hospital. It's not exceptionally good, it's fair. I recently learned that this hospital charges an "extra fee" to use their ER dept. between the hours of 10pm-8am!!! How stupid is that? ER'S are open and staffed 24/7 and yet they behave like your vet when it comes to charging fees! Had I know this, I would have waited until 8:01

I had surgery performed here on 8/22/2013. The staff was very professional & the facility was beautiful. Everything went according to schedule & the took very good care of me!!!!! KUDOS!!!!!!

I received a bill from them for a hospital visit by a Dr. Seward on 7-1-13. I live in Nevada, I have been in hospitals here but did not even have a doctor appt. on 7-1-13. Nor have I ever been to MI. I called the billing department in MI for Providence Park Hospital regarding the bill. They did bill Medicare under my social security number. I think they are committing Medicare fraud or a case of identity fraud. But they would have to have my social security card and ID for identity.

My fiance was taken to this ratchet hospital. This beautiful hospital is NOT good! They will throw you out before you are stable enough to go home. The NP's do a lot of the rounding and most are quite stupid and not knowledgeable. The RN's are nice, but the lead RN was quite stupid. I was told by NP Chrstine King that following major abdominal surgery a bowel movement or gas wasn't a concern. She also NEVER even listened for bowel sounds. Such a terrible experience!!! I am a physician and its deplorable that this hospital is running this way. There are few doctors here, run by nurses with very little overall experience. I was with my mother most of the times and the staff found my presence annoying! Seems like it's much easier to completely neglect a patient when they do not have an able bodies individual by their side. Stay away is right on!!! Do not bring your elderly family members here because they will find a reason to admit you so they can milk your insurance company (Medicare). This hospital has several negative issues. They don't even have the appropriate test equitment that they are sending you to southfield as an out patient for testing. Also communication is horrible!!!!!!
