I cannot say enough good things about our experience with PACE. My friend spent several years in the program & received nothing but the best of care the entire time. The quality of her life while PACE was caring for her was greatly improved. She loved PACE. She loved the staff, the activities & the excellent care she received. As her POA I was in close contact with those who were involved in her care & I was amazed & grateful for the years she spent in the program. Caring for someone who is struggling with the typical proble... read more

Please, please, please do your due diligence when deciding if the PACE program is right for you or your loved one. First strike - they expect clients to sit in the adult daycare all day waiting to be seen in the clinic. For example I had a 1:30 clinic appt on August 28th. Transportation texted me at 9:30 to tell me they were there to pick me up, 3 1/2 hours early before my clinic appt. I'm not sure what they expected me to do for 3 1/2 hours but I'm not waiting for any doctor for 3 1/2 hours. So ultimately they marked me dow... read more

When my mother, Barbara, became vulnerable in her health, a friend told me about PACE and took me there to check it out. I enrolled my mother into the PACE program. I liked that it was so comprehensive, the geriatric doctor, and nurses, medications, medical appointments, all handled. I don't have a bad word to say about PACE. It was life changing for my mother. She so enjoyed social contact and all the staff there were so wonderful and caring. Now, mind you, my mother could be a hand full at times (like handling several baby... read more

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Most of the CNAs and one of the nursing staff, Kelsey, were great to my mom, but everyone else sucked. They were terrible about prescribing and delivering medications, and lied most of the time about it. Even most of the specialists my mom was referred to hated having to go through PACE’s pharmacy. Most of the nursing and medical staff have terrible bedside manner, and don’t get me started on their social worker. I am acutely aware they couldn’t have stopped my mom’s disease from taking her ... read more

All is good as an employee and patient as long as you keep your mouth shut and don't report to the values line the horrible things going on in departments then they terminate you or dissenroll you. Becareful and find a different place for elderly care or employment! If could have gave negative scores I would have they are not even worth 1 star!
