Dr. Harvey's nurse is always rude when I come in and had to wait in a room to see the doctor for a while without anyone coming in to check in on me or tell me any updates on if the doctor was running late. I was told my appointment was the first one and I showed up early for it and had to wait an hour past my appointment time without anyone coming in to tell me that she went to see another patient first.
Have an appt at 11:30, they called me in at 11:47. Doctor didn’t ’till 12:30. That’s why I have an appt so they can see at that time.
I really wanted to transfer over to the Bartlett location. I loved the registration lady Kim. I loved the nurse. I didn't like Dr.Harvey so much. She was a little pushy without even taking the time to get to know me. Tried to change the course of my life and medical routine in a matter of 5 minutes...it felt like to meet her needs not mine.
