nothing great to mention, nothing terrible either. staff was mid, lazy service manager, overall it was just eh. however they did purposely break the red cap off of the battery terminal, didn't let me know, insinuated at it being my fault, then refused to replace it. i was taught that if i break something to replace it but ig not everyone is raised that way! :)
