What a TERRIBLE experience! We made an appointment with them for 12 . We're from out of town, so we drove 4 hours to get there. We got to the dealership on time. The manager was very disrespectful didn't even took the time to see us. They had sold the car we were planning to buy. What a waste of time!
I’ve visited several dealerships over the past few weeks, and none have matched the level of customer service and professionalism I experienced at Ascension Honda. I’d especially like to recognize Bre, Shell, and Sam for being knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. I truly have no complaints and will definitely keep Ascension Honda in mind for any future purchases.
