The office staff were great. I appreciated the coordination that took place to get my treatment plan going. My only question was why I was instructed to arrive 30 minutes early. This time was spent entirely waiting for the appointment. If that time was needed for behind the scenes review of my record, then great - but that was not communicated. Overall, a minor issue for me, but if a review helps them see things from the customer side, then it’s worth it.
