I love Karen Brown (nurse practitioner), she's been a great PCP and takes all my issues seriously. I've been struggling to get referrals to doctors for a long time, and she got me to all the right places and helped me get meds for my migraines to boot (I've had consistent migraines for years, and this is the first time I've been medicated for them). Even if she can't directly refer, she often knows where to look. I've had trouble before with NPs, but she's been amazing and I highly recommend her.
Very efficient, Dr Cooper was kind, explained things very well. However, the new scripts that she ordered were not sent to my pharmacy until 3 1/2 hours after my appointment was done. Her nurse said she would get them sent right away. At 5:05 PM that day, I got a notice from the Ascension pharmacy in Mequon, that they were ready for pick up, which is interesting because they close at 5 PM.
