Efficient and professional
I had a great experience yesterday at the water tower.
From the Front Line Staff I checked-in with along with the Schedulers, Volunteer staff, Lab Staff, ALL the members of the Care Team who support Dr. Keefe, including Dr. Keefe — they continue to provide great supportive services & comprehensive patient care for my 98yr old mother. In the past 3-4 yrs we’ve been going here we noticed during this visit that every single staff member PLUS various other staff not attending to us greeted us w/genuine courtesy….it felt like everyone had the same dose of koolaid w/a kicker!!! :-).
