THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Starting with the wait time in lobby, staff, & service! Medical Staff Galina approached me with the nastiest attitude ever, rudest demeanor, and not so caring to answer important questions that she should know and kept responding with “I dunno I just work here” I only chose this location because it’s just one block from where I reside but never again. I DONT RECOMMEND! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
Worst customer service experience of my life. The doctor didn’t even pretend to be interested in my yearly physical, the health concerns I asked about, or follow up. He told me to go have bloodwork done at a clinic that was closed, and then said, “See you next year.” Glad I didn’t make this guy my primary. Total burnout. Will never go back.
Selected a primary doctor here and visited him on Thursday for a sore throat, and no medication was prescribed. My condition got worse and I messaged the doctor Thursday night…after four days on Monday, someone from the clinic replied saying that based on the new symptoms, it’s probably a virus and can take 7–10 days to get better. That same day, I also received a call from the clinic saying that my blood test appointment, which I had scheduled on Wednesday, was canceled. Problem here is scheduling. In October 2026, I couldn't schedule an appointment and the one I had scheduled for almost a year in advance needed to be canceled because the insurance company and Ascension couldn't agree on covering patients. Very unusual circumstance. I get it. Then just over a week before my rescheduled appointment, Ascension cancels because their doctor is not available. I wonder if anyone understood this in advance or asked about holidays for doctors or why it occurred in the first place. Ascension does not... read more
