They refuse to respond to patient portal requests for prescription refills. and even the complaint I filled out went unanswered.
Can I just say how frustrating it is to schedule an appointment. They never have any appointments and I’m always told I have to wait 2-3 months to see my primary. By that point it’s useless. This clinic should really consider hiring more physicians. I’m not the only one who has this issue. This clinic is not what it used to be.
This location is close to my home and the care I received there is excellent. Having type 2 diabetes and on blood thinners it's best that I don't trim my own toenails. Dr. Beth is professional as well as the staff.

It was my 1st time seeing Erin Jung and it was such a great visit. Seeing her was exactly what I needed to help me in my weight management journey! She had me realize some good and bad things I’m doing and need to work on! It’s ok to go outside of your comfort zone and try new things. Especially if you not getting the results you’re trying to reach. Thank you Erin ;)
