To make a long story short, last year I went to Ascension to get my yearly preventative health screening and was told that I needed some tests done to check my liver health. What I was not told was that the tests were not covered by my insurance. The doctor and his staff did nothing to help me to get a hold of my insurance and try to sort this out.
