Always professional, polite, kind, and just all around very caring. They treat you like you are a real person not just a digit that they have to put up with. They also treat you as above whether you are rich or poor.
It has been very helpful to have so many care options in one place. I have used this facility for years, I even think I am recognized there.
The wound care team did an excellent job in treatment. The directions given to me for home care were explained in detail, with any questions being answered, and given supplies.
