I came in for an excruciatingly painful sore throat. It didn’t really seem like anybody cared. They ONLY tested me for strep and sent me on my way with nasal spray and some throat drops. I thought I was supposed to get a steroid to help with the throat pain but I guess that was forgotten…I took a Covid test at CVS and surprise! I had Covid! The lack of care was something else here…. Wait was short though! I’m terrified to see my billing after seeing the reviews.
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors were wonderful. They really were friendly and took excellent care of me
Came in today in some of the worst pain I've ever had. I wasn't in the waiting room for 5 minutes before they called us back. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and fast. I'm very glad I chose to come here.
i called ahead of time to make sure a vomiting patience can be seen , get there totally dehydrated and the facility doesnt administer IV's just nausea meds and water patient is throwing up blood and that's the best solution ...WTH is this an urgent care or the school nurses office. i see comments saying they cant solve simple issues. Ascension as an organization needs to be closed. st joes no good , st marys no good now will have to pay a 600$ bill for 5 dollar pills we could have bought at Walgreens.
