Made an appointment for flank pain, wanted labs done to rule out a UTI/kidney infection, and the at the desk firstly didn’t know what flank pain was, and secondly informed me that they don’t do labs here. What kind of urgent care is incapable of doing lab work, and second, why do your receptionists not know what medical terminology means? Intimidating staff, seeking care elsewhere
They do have a sign that states no x-rays are available. Okay that's fine. They also do not have the capabilities to do any type of lab work. So if you need a Band-Aid you're good here other than that definitely go somewhere else.
