I recently made a visit to this location and couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Greeted at the window by beautiful staff who were professional and kind. Then escorted to my room by Kamyiah. She was a doll and so sweet and kind. All medical staff should be so kind! I was treated by Joshua DeLaRosa,PA and he was professional, also kind, informative and a great listener. I really don't understand all of these negative reviews. I've never had an urgent care treat me with such respect and care. The wonderful PA did a full exam and explained everything he was doing and saw throughout the exam to keep me informed on his thought process with the diagnosis. They went above and beyond and even tested me for strep which was unlikely, but good to cover our bases. I came in for an obvious urgent reason. No one cared, and the PA came in so fast and discharged me; it was insane. Needless to say, they did not resolve anything but told me I could come back in, pay the copay, and the doctor or PA would re-evaluate. I will never come back here ever again. Horrible place with an incompetent staff.
