I really don't understand all of these negative reviews. I've never had an urgent care treat me with such respect and care. The wonderful PA did a full exam and explained everything he was doing and saw throughout the exam to keep me informed on his thought process with the diagnosis. They went above and beyond and even tested me for strep which was unlikely, but good to cover our bases. I came in for an obvious urgent reason. No one cared, and the PA came in so fast and discharged me; it was insane. Needless to say, they did not resolve anything but told me I could come back in, pay the copay, and the doctor or PA would re-evaluate. I will never come back here ever again. Horrible place with an incompetent staff.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! You will be charged TWICE for your visit. They are walking a line of going against the No Surprises Act and should be legally prosecuted. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CARE
I came in for an excruciatingly painful sore throat. It didn’t really seem like anybody cared. They ONLY tested me for strep and sent me on my way with nasal spray and some throat drops. I thought I was supposed to get a steroid to help with the throat pain but I guess that was forgotten…I took a Covid test at CVS and surprise! I had Covid! The lack of care was something else here…. Wait was short though! I’m terrified to see my billing after seeing the reviews.
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors were wonderful. They really were friendly and took excellent care of me
