Avoid. New to the area, so I didn’t know the bad reputation this urgent care has, it was just close to home. I took my son there where he received X-rays and was told he was fine -just a stubbed toe. As time carried on and things didn’t get better we went to Children’s where they looked at the X-rays Ascension took and his toe was clearly broke in half and infected from toe nail being inverted to the broke wound. I was here a few days ago. I do appreciate the quickness and efficiency - I was in and out in 45 minutes. However, their lack of communication for an urgent care is appalling. I went in around 9am that day, and got tested for Covid/flu They told me I would be notified early afternoon of my results. 3pm rolls around… nothing. I usually am not super urgent about this stuff since there’s a lot going on at an Urgent Care, but I had an immunocompromised family member coming into town. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there on Sunday 12/7/2025 and was treated rudely by the nurse who brought me back. They forced me to do a urine test and followed me in the bathroom and I had to do a swab test and they had opened the package and explained to them that I know how to open a package and do this. They told me that the results would take 24 hours but it’s been 48 hours. I recently made a visit to this location and couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Greeted at the window by beautiful staff who were professional and kind. Then escorted to my room by Kamyiah. She was a doll and so sweet and kind. All medical staff should be so kind! I was treated by Joshua DeLaRosa,PA and he was professional, also kind, informative and a great listener.
