I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The LPN was polite and efficient. She was also gentle administering an injection. Dr Watson listened to my concerns and my treatment plan was mutually agreed upon. She maintained eye contact with me throughout our interaction, no staring at the computer. She was engaging and professional. Excellent care all around!

Bo is the best!! Bo Bissett is always willing to listen and take the time to hear all your health concerns and address each one. Only problem is there is only one of him and he is so popular you might have to wait a bit to see him.

Administrative staff is terrible. “Not my job” mentality. They actually TOLD me “that’s not my job.” Very poor customer service skills. They make errors and get upset when you want them corrected. Nursing staff we have had has been uncaring and sometimes just plain rude like it’s not worth their time that your there. Act like they only want their paycheck and to rush u out where u can’t ask questions or ask them to repeat themselves to an elderly parent. Poor bedside manner. Doctors are .. ok.

I rambled on a lot and even so Heather (NP) is very patient with me and understanding. She educates me respectfully on things I’m not sure of. The office staff is very wonderful as well. Thank you Jasmine for always helping me out when I call! :)

I'm so thankful that they were recommended to me. I feel like I'm finally going to get answers because they're listening and taking action. That means a lot to someone who's struggled a long time to find someone to help. Thank you!
