I reviewed after my surgery for a removal of a cyst on my finger. I can't locate the review, but it was a positive review of the doctor and facility and surgery experience. Now, a few weeks later, I am disappointed. The cyst never healed or went away and is now back with a vengeance...bigger and more painful. I was warned it might come back, guess I hoped it would be awhile, if not at all. So $4K later, I'm disappointed! The doctors here are great, and I have always received very good care when needed. The one star is because every time I call to refill a prescription, I get sent to a voice mail that I believe may just go into a black hole, because no one ever calls me back to help me with my refills. I have to call usually 3-4 times and then plead with them to let me speak to a human being to get my refills. This is probably one of the easiest things they can possibly do, and it is done horribly.
