As an employee was very unhappy with the policies and procedures carried out by the owner at times. Not a trust worthy doctor and handles business in a very shady manner.
I disagree,they are always willing to help me in anyway.My meds are always called in when they say they will.I think Dr.Lee and his Staff are the best I have had alot of experience with mental Health and I think they are great at working with you.I am very grateful for all they do for me.
Bad staff, it's practically like everyone with the exception of the psychiatrist has just been hired to a new job and thrown to the wolves. Highly unorganized. Lady at the front has a crappy attitude. They dont call in medications when they tell you they will. The list goes on and on. Im switching very soon to another location. They'll give you such a high dosage of antidepressants that you wont even feel human anymore.
Staff is horrible, they act like they don't care. Doctors were OK. EVERYTIME I go into their office there's an issue with billing! I'm switching Doctor's.
