Father in Law had a stroke while visiting. ICU was phenomenal. When moved to the general medical floor, it was okay. No major issues. Hospital is a little dated but health care itself was acceptable. Parking is a little tricky. Signage inside is tricky also, make sure you look on walls for directions. I will say security is not as tight as it could be.
Bay medical send my friend home in anaphlaxis with benadryl and oral steroids and less than a week later are currently ignoring her husband's positive FACE (a stroke indicator) I would not bring my worst enemy here
Never saw a doctor- went in emergency after 3 STROKES within 2 months of going. They never addressed previous history and did not check for anything new. I was released with anti nausea rx. ALWAYS USE GULF COAST ON 23RD STREET from now on!!
I had emergency surgery last Thursday night for detached retina. I was in pre-op around 3 pm and discharged after 10 pm. I can't say enough nice things about the nurses, anesthesia and staff. Everyone was professional, kind, efficient, and I witnessed everyone as team players with one another. I must have had at least six nurses in and out within that time, all helping one another.
