My nurse Jackie is a very professional, kind, and caring nurse. She knows what she's doing and she is honest with you about your progress or regress of a wound or therapy. I'm very happy with my outcome and Jackie is always punctual. Thank you.
My mom needed home health after getting discharged from the hospital for wound dressing changes. Erin was exceptional at teaching my dad how to do the dressing changes and ensure he had everything he needed and felt comfortable with this.
The care I received from my Physical Therapist, Leanne, Nurse, Erin and Occupational Therapist, Rebecca was beyond exceptional. They were attentive, caring, very knowledgeable, understanding and helped me push through discomfort to get stronger. Erin was my advocate with the doctor's office for questions and medications I needed. With them by my side I never felt like I was in this alone, and I will always be grateful for the care they provided.
Everyone that has been at my home are so awesome they really care.
My daughter has had Ascension at Home care for several months. She has had exceptional, far beyond our expectations, care given by her nurse Erin. She has been very attentive to her needs that goes beyond her normal health care. We would recommend Ascension at Home because of the great care my daughter has received.
