DO NOT pay Ascending Dove until the work has been completed! I paid a $2,300 deposit on June 21 for work to be completed by June 27. More than six weeks later and no work has been done. I requested a refund of my deposit on August 5, but have yet to receive that either. What makes it worse is they did a job for me earlier this year, did just what they said they would without problem, so I had no reason to expect they would take my deposit and not do the work. Beware!
Horrible customer service. Numerous appointments were made and he never showed. He never attempted to call even after several voicemail. DO NOT USE!!!!!
Would give zero stars or negative stars if ti were possible. NEVER show up when they say they will, always full of BS excuses, "did you get my message?" NO BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T LEAVE OR SEND ONE.... do yourself and favor and call someone else.
