I have been living here for almost 7 years, it has always been a quiet community, with some changes, but really. now you see the changes with the new manager Wendy, she puts everything oh it'splace , there is seriousness and respected rules. And even talk about the maintenance of the best in seven years, with the new gentleman, very kind, respectful, and how efficient he is doing his work. Wendy is extremely attentive and helpful with every aspect of the moving process (application, answering questions, move in etc). She came to check on me after move in to make sure any potential issues I came across in my unit would be addressed right away. Everything is up to standard. I feel very safe in this area, especially being located behind an Elementary school. The laundry facility, property & amenities are well kept.
