Dr. Mora at Ascend Sports PT helped me get my arm back to normal function so quickly! After fracturing my radius in two places my tricep tendon locked as a result of being in a splint/sling. I did ASTYM treatment and it was amazing! I work behind a desk and my neck and back bother me regularly! This helped both my neck and back immensely! I would 100% recommend!
I highly recommend Ian Mora, DPT. I went to school with Ian and know that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about physical therapy. He always uses current research to support his diagnoses and treatment methods. He cares about his patients and treats everyone with the utmost respect. I fully endorse Ascend and would recommend it to anyone who lives in Texas!
I've been working with Ian from Ascend Sports PT for a couple months now on a shoulder injury I picked up about 10 years ago, and have had several reinjuries over the years. Ian's been able to help me regain the lost range of motion, and has also really helped me understand the mechanics of my shoulder.
