The home was disgusting upon move-in. Trash, dirt, mold, items from previous tenants, and a foul odor were present upon moving in. Ernie, the owner and operator is very difficult to communicate with, and does not seem to care if his tenants are able to access their mail, or that the home was in such a poor condition upon move-in.
