I would not waste your time Working with this company. My husband and I got approved for a property, but it was just so hard to get in contact with the person. I understand we are all busy, I’m busy myself. Full time work and full time school, but it would take 2 business days at least for a simple yes or no question. Horrible experience!!! The person was rude, gave little detail, cut me off, was unhelpful, condescending and turned us off from wanting to rent the property. If yourproperty is not being bought or rented it is likely because of the experience with whoever works for this company. Loved the property, dislikes the company. Spoke with a Lynnette who also hung up on me.
HORRIBLE COMPANY! Let’s just say they messed with the wrong tenants. Save yourself and don’t rent with this company.
Worst Realty and property management office. The agents are not professional at all. They lack work ethics. They hung up on me many times and so rude. They are a waste of time.
No work ethics at all. They are not professional when answering the phone. I called to get an update on my application for one of their rentals that was no longer listed and wanted to know the reasons as to why I was not notified thru email or phone call that I did not get the place. The lady on the phone says its not her responsibility, its the property manager that has to do it.
