We worked with Dan to buy our first home and couldn't have asked for a better agent. He gave us a great rundown of the current market and feedback on our target neighborhoods and price range. He was an amazing resource as we started to look at listings. As a first time home buyer there was a lot I didn't understand about the buying process: Dan and Steven were always available (literally always) and ready to help us figure out what we were doing. After going to many open houses and getting great input from the Ascend team, we were able to successfully close on the first place we made an offer on. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Daniel Risman-Jones is simply amazing. His knowledge and expertise regarding the San Francisco market was invaluable. He was always accessible and responsive. He went above and beyond to assist us in selling our property. As non-local sellers, he helped us navigate the unique aspects of San Francisco's real estate market, and he personally assisted us with coordinating renovations, staging, and other miscellaneous tasks.
