I am giving a review based on my own personal experience~ I saw Joe 3 times within a few months time. Not putting down mother Mayo here but I went to meet with someone there and felt as if I was being judged. I met with Joe and it was the exact opposite. We chatted for a long time and he was actually interested in the things I had to say. He was super informative and went over everything with me along with the pros and cons of medications, side effects and a plan for continued growth on my path. Joe has been incredible to work with and is accessible and responsive daily - we didn’t have to wait three days to hear back from a portal message. He has the experience to provide all the necessary recommendations for mental health treatment and truly takes the time to listen to what the patient and family are saying and feeling.
