BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They promised me that I would be able to utilize a space on the upper floor (Loft area) in a New Construction Townhouse (Pointe Midtown) after convincing me to sign the Purchasing Agreement, things changed. We had to wait weeks going back and forth with their Structure Engineer and plumber; both denounced my having a jacuzzi tub, far infrared sauna placed upstairs (weight concerns). Food is fresh and ambiance ia warm
I paid a substantial amount to have my counter tops upgraded to quartz. During construction my island counters were covered with paper which was taped to the edges with blue tape. After moving in I noticed there was not just a residue left by the tape but rather the finish or glaze was dulled. I spoke to Phyliss at Ascend Properties she sent her own people to inspect and try to clean to no avail.
