I am a healthcare professional who was trying to help my patient and called this office for my patient and I was treated very rudely. The lady told me I was wasting her time and gave me quite an attitude. She also gave me misinformation regarding Georgia pharmacy law and tried to argue it with me. It was so unprofessional and I was appalled that people speak to other people that way. It’s a shame. I was just trying to help out my patient but I would never recommend this office with a staff member who is so disrespectful.
Terrible staff. I arrived today for an 0845 am appt after a 90 min car ride through Atlanta traffic just to be told that my appt was on Thursday 10/24/19. I explained, that I was very clear on the phone that I could only make appts on Monday's & Tuesday b/c of my work schedule. Front desk staff, originally informed me that I would be worked in the am. Worst staff. They tell to order test, but never do until you call couple of times after not hearing from anyone. They get report but don't disclose until you call them several times. Nurse never take your call nor they return. I had insurance claim issue and left them several voice mails, but didn't get call. Have to go personally to get things done. Very terrible experience with them and will not recommend anyone of you to go over there.
