Dr. Nichols is an amazing PT specialist who listens to you and customize very specialized exercises to you. Chris helped me figure out why my knee was in so much pain, and gave me exercises not only to support my knee while it healed, but to also help counteract the way my body was compensating for my recent limping. I left my first appointment with so much relief because I knew I was in really good hands!
I was diagnosed with multiple herniated discs in my neck, requiring fusion surgery through the front of my neck and the insertion of hardware and screws.
