Jung was very professional and efficient. She went over health meds, made notes and gave medical advice on kidney health. Jung personality put me at ease and it was pleasant answering all of her questions over the computer instead of sitting in a doctor’s office. Jung is an ASSET to Ascend Medical.

These people used to be good but now terrible and bigoted . When I tried to address the behavior I got hung up on until they upset me. The refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. When they did speak with me they refused to send my information and treatment
