My experience with this agency was not a good one, first they lied before we transferred to their agency about having and attendant to fulfill all the hrs. When the transfer was final they had no one at all for hrs. I came to Ascend Home Health Care after being with two other agencies over 5 years. I can say I have never been treated with such professionalism and efficiency on this journey. I had talked with Tim, Chasity and Katy. They ask the right questions, listen and truly care about the patient/client. Cynthia my care giver is great.
