I’ve been considering switching providers for quite some time, and the recent change regarding a $50 missed appointment fee has ultimately made me reconsider continuing care here. I understand having a cancellation/no show policy and that patients should make every effort to attend their scheduled appointments. However, every appointment already costs me a $30 copay. Be careful with this place. They only care about money, they don't actually care about the patient.
The therapist Drop me because I miss the appointment, they don't do more any email or msg reminders, I am pregnant and had other things happened and I totally forgot and before they send reminders but they stop to do that, say is something I did on my phone but I did not do anything they are the one that stopped the reminders, asked for send msg with the appointment and they did not and told they did and was my phone fault not have the msg. Ridiculous, they don't care for the patient.

These professionals are some of the best there are. I’ve struggled my entire life with my mental health and I didn’t get any real good help til I came here for my ketamine treatments. That drug saved my life and the team at Ascend is to thank for that! They are compassionate, patient, caring, and knowledgeable.
