I am compelled to write this review after my encounter with this facility’s staff at my PT session today. I had been going to this facility for few weeks while recovering from a surgery that required physical therapy as a part of recovery treatment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional but with a very laid back atmosphere. The staff is friendly and make humor and fun out of your pain in a good way!! I would highly recommend Ascend Hand Therapy!!
So many therapy clinics just care about getting you back to functioning normal again. Ascend is no different in that aspect. What IS different is the way they treat you not only as a patient but a person. They CARE! I’m actually sorry I “graduated” I cannot possibly recommend them any stronger than I do. Ascend Hand Therapy has an amazing team. Everyone there is motivating and caring. After months of frustration, Oliver was a huge advocate and stayed on my surgeon to make sure I was receiving the best care possible. Now after not being able to put my hand into a fist by myself for months I can finally do it! Thank you Oliver and Ascend Hand Therapy. Y'all are my heroes.
My daughter Tash went there over a year for therapy on her little finger. Her therapy was spot on! I enjoyed going with my girls to Ascend open house. The food was 5 Star!
Great atmosphere and I feel that my recovery has been greatly improved.
Love these guys (and gals). They make the pain that often comes with recovery tolerable (even if you have to touch an LSU basketball on occasion - WPS 🐗). They definitely live their core values, they take time to make sure your time spent in therapy is a happy/fun experience, and work together like a well oiled machine to respect your time & needs!
Awesome service! The staff is fun-loving while being extremely competent and compassionate about the patient’s needs and goals.
