I have been dealing with this branch for several years, as I have three car loans with Ascend. They always beat any other institution on rates. Sara is my champion in banking! She goes above and beyond to help with anything. She is backed by a branch team that is very friendly and professional. You should go see Sara for your next loan.

Do not bank with the ascend in Franklin Tennessee, the manager there is absolutely horrible
Ascend outsourced their system for debit card issues to an automated phone line that is riddled with glitches. Had to cancel the card altogether because it wouldn’t accept my card number. Very disappointing.
