Do not bank with the ascend in Franklin Tennessee, the manager there is absolutely horrible
Ascend outsourced their system for debit card issues to an automated phone line that is riddled with glitches. Had to cancel the card altogether because it wouldn’t accept my card number. Very disappointing.
My old bank kept changing the address they had for me on file due to a faulty change of address that was completed with USPS. After a couple of frustrating months my husband and I “quit the bank” and moved our business to Ascend. Ascend is GREAT! When you call, you speak with a real person. When you go to an ATM, you also speak to a real person. If you stop by without an appointment, you’re still able to speak to a real person!
