Referred by many many many people in a private Facebook group for my town and lemme tell ya, they were incredibly wonderful!!!I had an extraction and was terrified but they made me relax so well and truly helped to distract me while procedure was performed. Dr Vern was AMAZING! THE STAFF AND LADIES, AMAZING! I can't recommend anyone else but them! I'll be a customer for years to come! Thank you for the pleasant experience!!!! **HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE&COMMUNICATION** My wife had a dental emergency where she needed to have some work done, So we scheduled an appointment, filled out all the necessary paperwork for the appointment INCLUDING insurance information. When my wife arrived at the dentist to check in they informed her that today the visit would be customer pay as they do not accept her insurance. However, Mrs. Jemi made her feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed throughout the visit. My daughter is already looking forward to her next appointment and can’t stop talking about Jemi. I came in with an emergency situation in my mouth, gums and teeth. I was in a lot of pain and was very worried because I didn't understand what was going on. They were able to fit me in that day that I called and I was so greatful. They looked at my mouth and took a good account of my health history to make sure everything was accounted for.
