I stopped by because my laptop lost its wifi connection ability. Unknown to me, because I had reset to factory and to stubborn to allow it to reboot correctly evidently cause it was there. He was very nice and helpful and said glad nothing wrong, gave me advice on a few off topic questions during process and said well you have wifi connection now! thanks for the help even though it was fine! Will return with any real problems!
My device was suddenly in need of new parts as I found myself on a work deadline. The crew at Ascend were kind, went over my device’s needs thoroughly with me, and were able to make the needed repairs in a timely fashion. Highly recommended!
