better living conditions. the living conditions here are atrocious. death fills the pavements with dead rat bodies decomposing for weeks without being moved. I lost 2 cars to rats and they REFUSE to compensate in any way. glad I finally moved out. hope this review stops people from making this same mistake as me and move in here

Do not move in here, found rat poop in the kitchen upon moving. Couldn’t get out of my lease. Management doesn’t know how to check the system properly and will send you to collections without even notice of a bill. They do not care about the environment or well being of their residence. WARNING DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
if this isn't the worst place you will live, you've had a hard life. Rat infested property which has caused auto damage to at least 3 vehicles. The local votech and community college student body gathers in the parking lot to get high before class. I watched my parked car get totalled in the lot. Fresh paint was refused when I complained about the odor at move in. The retaining walls are rotten and falling apart around my patio. They're great until you sign the lease. Once they've got you, you're in for a lot of stress and hardship. Outdated electrical system almost caught our apartment on fire. Management insists that I move my furniture out of the way so they can replace broken sub flooring even though I'm disabled. And now the water is shut off without any communication. No one at the office could care less and no manager on duty. This place reminds me of the movie, The Money Pit.
Poor service all around. Landscape rarely/poorly take care of. Fallen tree branch from 6 weeks still not removed. Snow removal only done minimally, neglecting steps. Went in to give notice and said I was happy to leave. Reply from office was "We didnt even know you were here." Really!?! Ive been here for 5 years not to mention that Ive been in to pay rent. Filthy pool, cat calls from workers, old patched up apartments, no remodeled, parking lots crowded and full of trash, lots of extra fees.
I Do not recommend this place! The staff is nice, but I've been paying valet waste for 6 months with NOOO bin nor service. Once I went and asked to get the bin I never received, the lady was kind but still she didn't offer to do anything about the $25 dollars I've wasted and given to them for this 6 months. There is literally no were to park. You have to park and walk a mile to get to your apartment. I'm a traveler and move from state to state each year and this apartment is okay for a temporary person as myself but not fit ... read more
They do not fix anything in this place. The office staff is rude and in helpful most of the time. I hope you do not want to pay your rent online either, if you do there is an extra $40 convenience fee. It is also an overpriced place to live.
