This place was great as Ascend at Jacob’s Reserve. Now this place has been bought out and is now Sanctuary at Jacob’s Reserve, and has gone downhill since. I’ve seen trash in front of the front office, the dog waste bags aren’t refilled so the grass has dog poop everywhere, and not to mention I’ve had to kill 4 cockroaches this week alone. This place is expensive enough to allow for pest control to come often, but I have not seen one single treatment for bugs. Complex was great when it was "Ascend at Jacob's Reserve" when I moved in. Shortly after, it was sold and is now "Sanctuary at Jacob's Reserve". Definitely more changed than just the name. Office staff is almost all new. Friendly greetings are now cold business dealings. Work orders that used to be done in a day or less for simple things now go a week or more. Call box, which is required for guests/delivery entry due to the gated complex have not worked for me since day 1 with no resolution. I can't even order a pizza! Ridic... read more

Just moved in yesterday and I never thought it would be so easy considering this is my first apartment! Paige was our leasing consultant and she is very attentive, answers all our questions and is a genuinely nice person! The apartment itself is beautiful, very modern and the amenities are great. Very happy I moved here!

I love my home here! I’m signing my second lease tomorrow!!! Super beautiful place. Friendly staff and awesome neighbors. Clean and quiet. And if something needs to be done it gets done!!! Oh it’s great for entertaining friends and family!!!!
