Have lived here a few years. Management is great, and maintenance is awesome. A quiet, safe, and fun place to live...
I have lived here for over two years and couldn't be happier. The staff and maintenance personnel are never too busy to accomodate any request. The grounds and apartments are the best in Gainesville. I just hope I can afford to stay here because I love it here.
