RecommendedI have absolutely LOVED my time living at Asbury Flats! The apartments are so stylish + well designed. All of the amenities are amazing, especially the quaint, relaxing pool and the gym with the Peloton bike. The neighborhood is perfect. SO convenient to be able to pop over to Rhino + Town Brewery. Their staff is also awesome, especially Ashley. Always so friendly + responsive! Highly recommend!

I have been living here for three months and I am honestly blown away. The interior is as beautiful and high quality as it appears in pictures on the website, the amenities are just lovely and I really enjoy the location and surrounding neighborhood. I have wonderful neighbors and have only ever had positive interactions with other residents in the community areas. My husband and I have lived at Asbury Flats since it first opened in July 2016. We’ve lived at a couple other apartment complexes in Southend before, but we love living at Asbury! The location is very convenient to Uptown and Southend, but this neighborhood (Freemore West) is more residential. There’s lots of great restaurants and breweries within walking distance. I moved to Asbury a few months ago! Ashley is awesome and makes everything super easy whenever we have any issues, which is rare! My apartment is gorgeous, all new and updated appliances, nothing out of date. So far so good! Would highly recommend Asbury to anyone looking!!
I'm new to the Charlotte area and was looking for a close and convenient place near my work. Came across Asbury Flats. Ashley was extremely helpful and getting approved was simple and fast. Checked out a couple different apartments complexes and decided on Asbury Flats for the amenities and nearby restaurants. Only been here a short couple weeks, but definitely recommend it.
Great look on inside of units and pretty good up and coming neighborhood on edge of downtown and also way cheaper than downtown and southend units. Understand residents frustration but also understand issues with getting parts for all appliances today not just the designer retro appliances offered.
