Fun but bring a lot of cash
We were looking forward to the Octoberfest but there were not enough bartenders or waiters. It took us too long to get drinks at the bar and there was one waitress by the band. The music was dull, poker band played 50s music and Elton John.
Service is horrible. The hostesses will laugh in your face when they say it’s a 3 hour wait after asking for a table for two. Usually it’s pretty good but that was with previous management. Do not go during any events or Octoberfest. Uncoordinated events, long lines, long waits. New management needs to reevaluate what they’re doing and how to run that business or they’re going to lose it.
DO NOT come here for Oktoberfest. Horribly thought out. 3 bartenders for literally hundreds of people. Been waiting 35 minutes to get a drink.

If you want a true bierfest you need roasted chickens on the spit.
They do not accommodate to people who have children to come in for a snack. Said we could sit at a barrel even though there were a ton of open spots which would accommodate a place for a stroller. Not a good experience and won’t be going back.
Delicious food..great staff..plenty of beer choices! Great fun place.
