Signed up with Asbestos Masters (Rodney) to abate the ACM in my new home before I moved in. He told us to get a permit which didn’t apply to our situation, then delayed in even applying for the permit for another 12 business days. Colorado requires a 10 business day notice before starting work, and Rodney tried to apply the day before work was scheduled to start which obviously got rejected by the State.
