Exceptional service and communication right from the first initial contact. Rabi was very helpful and explained all the possible extras and what we didn't really need. Price was significantly lower than others we had extensively researched, with extras that were not even in the other quotes, like installing an e bike frame, slide out fridge, extra tie down points, tool box on the a frame etc. The finish both inside and out is immaculate. I bought the 5m bike trailer in December ‘25. Drove down from BNE to collect it, and I’ve steadily been upgrading the base model I bought. I love it, and will say it’s not the fanciest or most technologically advanced trailer on the market, but it slotted into my budget perfectly and Rabi did what I asked. Hopefully I’ll get a YouTube vid up on its 1st anniversary with all the mods.

The excitement for a new trailer quickly disappeared after picking up my trailer. Understandable having a trailer done by Christmas is a rush ( it was late anyway) but it shouldn't be agreed upon when the deposit was paid. I got the trailer and the window was fitted on the wrong side, there were no recessed tie downs fitted which I optioned.
